Leadership & University Radio Operations

Beyond technical development, I served multiple elected terms on the board of Studio FM1 105.4 — Radio Station of Hellenic Mediterranean University, a university radio station, including a term as President during the COVID period.

Operating within a live broadcasting environment required maintaining transmission continuity, coordinating teams, and making structured decisions under uncertain conditions.

As part of the technical team, I contributed to studio setup, antenna configuration, and server infrastructure supporting continuous live transmission. I also participated in the broadcast flow team, coordinating real-time programming and execution.

I further supported the coordination of the 11th Radio Active Festival, contributing to structured planning, cross-team alignment, and reliable execution within a high-pressure live environment.

These experiences strengthened my ability to take ownership, maintain discipline, and respond calmly under pressure — qualities directly transferable to monitoring and security operations roles.
